Knowing your responsibilities and right as a person with albinism.


  1. Know your rights and demand for them
  2. Foster good neighbourhood relation
  3. Seek, demand and share information
  4. Be self advocates, lobby the government, duty bearer and service provide for services
  5. Enlist in civil society and community groups and forums through which public resources are channelled
  6. Be vigilant and don't trust just anyone.

- Understand your albinism
-Raise awareness about abinism in your family, peers in community and nation
- Protect yourself from the sun by wearing sun protective clothing ans use sunscreen
- Report warning signs for skin cancer early
-Wear prescription photo chrome glasses or sun shades
- Report cases of rights abuse, threats and violations to the police.
