It is no
longer news that albinos are an endangered mass. Especially in countries like
Tanzania and Malawi where it is believed that albino body-parts are a source of
wealth.
Albinos now
live in fear. Fear of both their hunters and even those close to them. In a
country like this where people with equal rights as anyone else are being abused
and kiled all because of the color of their skin, Josephat Tomer rises.
He was born
an albino and chose not to be driven into hiding by the wicked practices. Instead,
the man became an albino activist. He fought for the rights of albinos, both in
Tanzania and all over the world. His actions brought strength and hope to them
albinos living around the globe. His words brought light.
Josephat is
married to a beautiful wife and now has three children.
